Under the supreme directive, a newly formed Department of Aquatic Messaging (DAM) has been tasked with ensuring each and every fish is informed of their new address. Specialists in piscine praise-singing have been enlisted to disseminate the message through interpretive dances performed in scuba-diving bubbles.

Neighbours to the north, the United Federations of Cartographers, expressed mild bemusement at this quick adjustment.
